Hollie is a WARRIOR! I have never felt like someone has had my back as much as she has (in a business setting). There has never been any point where I have needed to second guess her advice or double take on a decision. She knows her stuff and she will fight for you.

I get 6 monthly emails saying they've negotiated my rate review. It's almost always come down. And I don't even have to do anything for it - it just happens. Thinking of refinancing soon and will use Hollie again.
